Design Change to Bail Wire, Line Roller, Bushing to Bushing/Ball Bearing Combo

Penn redesigned the bail wire assemblies on their Slammer III series reels from a bushing to a bushing/bearing combination.
This required 4 parts to be changed plus the added ball bearing. The line roller washer/shim was removed in the new design.
