12/13/21 I had a phone call asking about parts for one of this companies baitcasters.
We'd never heard of the Mystic reel model. I looked it up and found H2O Xpress Mystic Low-profile baitcast reel.

We do NOT carry parts for the H2O Mystic fishing reels

I'm not even sure where you'd source them, but I'm adding a little info here that I found online just for reference for future calls.
